"Freelance Yoga" is appropriate for (all) ages... From small children, to the elderly & anyone who seeks more out of life then to just stagnate within the "conventional" means of understanding! However lacking the most essential inner attributes that ultimatley enable the subject to set "Higher" goals & go even beyond their own expectations is what "Freelance Yoga" does!! ...Without aquiring learning skills, in order to maintain a (Balanced) life, everything else loses purpose... "Freelance Yoga" classes will begin on October 3rd. which is on the first sat. of the month.This includes a (repeat) of two classes being held on that day! The first (90 Minute Class) will begin, starting at - 1:00 & end 2:30 p.m.and a repeated class that day will run from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.

A third (repeated) 90 minute Beginners class in "Freelance Yoga' will be held on Sun.Oct. 4 th. From - 1:00 2:30 p.m.

Classes will begin, those days & be also held throughout winter & into next spring!!

(Regular 60 Minute Classes) will also begin & follow after the innitial begginer classes...This will "Continue" aiding those whom seek more than just a one time session & would like continual support through coaching & positve affirmations...
